Mr. Srinivas Ladwa is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
Srinivas comes with a diverse set of experiences having managed various aspects of HR both in India and internationally. He has over 18 years of enriching experience in the Human Resources function, across consulting and BFSI sectors.
His last assignment before joining Reliance Nippon Life Insurance was with Wells Fargo as the Regional Compensation Lead for Asia Pacific, based out of Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was the Business HR Lead for the Asia Pacific region for a business division at Deutsche Bank. Before moving to Hong Kong, he was Country Business HR Head (Corporate & Investment Bank) of Deutsche Bank India.
He has also worked with Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN Amro across India and UK. As a consultant working with Ernst & Young and Mercer Consulting, Srinivas has advised clients across industry sectors on human resource management.
Srinivas is an MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune.
