Reporting to: Zonal Manager – CDA

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training delivery (for the channels) to the entire sales force in their region, ensuring adherence to systems and processes rolled by the Training Head
  • Partner business for identification of training needs and solutions and communicate the same to the corporate training team for designing training modules and updating training content as and when required.
  • Create awareness on products and offerings amongst the sales and marketing channels through orientation programmes
  • Ensure that all advisors are trained in their respective regions
  • Selection of training vendors and monitor their performance whenever required
  • Hand-hold agents and CDA along with their superiors for achieving initial performance yardsticks. Ensure development of internal trainers
  • Analyse training records/ feedback and send training reports to the corporate training team/ Head-Sales Training. Also communicate the same to the respective Regional Business Heads.
