Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager - Policy Servicing

Department Customer care | Exp: 2- 5 years | Location: Goregaon

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Manage team of executives handling policy servicing related requests
  • Handle customer queries and requests and complaints received via the call center/email/letter/calls/branches.
  • Interdepartmental follow up and coordination for Customer Request handling
  • Meet the targets laid down by the reporting supervisor
  • Follow the laid down quality/accuracy benchmarks
  • Adhere TATs to resolve requests
  • Vendor Management/Billing and Recon
  • PS related communications management
  • Data collation and MIS generation
  • Product and System development/UAT

 

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Timely Delivery of all regulatory, statutory and periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) MIS and reports for the Customer Care team.
  • Good in analytical skills
  • MIS reporting
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and MS Access
  • Achievement of target laid down by supervisor

 

Internal:
  • Intradepartmental- IT/Finance/Projects/ New Business

 

External:
  • Vendors for policy servicing & other vendors

 

Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience

 

Qualification:
  • Graduate or MBA
