Specific Responsibilities:
  • Agree upon the area with CSM CDA in which he will carry market potential assessment
  • Discuss the plan with CSM-CDA of appointing CDAs and business targets with them and get a sign off on the implementation plan
  • Evaluate capabilities and interest of CDAs
  • Do expectation setting of the CDA as per category viz. Rookie, Silver, Gold, Elite.
  • Drive & assist them to recruit advisors
  • Assist them with training and guidance to conduct business
  • Accountable for overall productivity of the CDAs. And advisors below them
  • Ensure compliance of all CDAs and advisors below them
  • Help top performing advisors to grow into CDAs or SMs
  • Avoid any kind of channel conflict and take a participatory approach to close issues
  • Maximise business in the area and from the CDAs and advisors below them
  • Track competitor’s information and devise strategies to become the market leader in the defined area
