Mr. R. Bharathwaj anchors our Risk Management function. He is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking and the larger BFSI Industry across India, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
At RNLIC, he has led designing & Implementation of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, combating frauds and automation of Governance, Risk and Compliance. Over the last 3 years at RNLIC, he has developed a culture of proactive risk management, working closely with cross functional teams to embed risk mitigation practices into decision-making processes. He is a collaborative leader with great attention to details and drawing insights from unique experiences across the company.
He has also overseen the Internal audit function and played a pivotal role in enhancing internal controls and processes that ensure organization wide compliance with regulations at all times.
