To register a claim, you simply need to submit the required documents at your nearest RNLIC Branch office. Our branch executives will be available to assist you through the process. To locate your nearest branch,  Click here

a) You can email us the scanned copies of the duly filled claim forms and other mandatory documents at rnlife.claims@relianceada.com
or
b) You can send the documents via courier to - The Claims Department, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Limited, Office no. 701 & 702, 7th floor, Silver Metropolis, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063.

A 10-Days Claims Settlement Guarantee* - Offered for death claims received from all our Life Policies where 4 or more annual premiums have been paid. We are committed to settle such claims in flat 10 Calendar Days. In case of delay beyond regulatory turnaround time, applicable interest as per IRDAI regulations will be paid.
