With over 18 years of experience in strategy and consulting, Supriya brings deep expertise in insurance, banking, and NBFC sectors. She has successfully led cross-functional programs focused on growth, cost optimisation, customer retention, and digital enablement.
Prior to this, she was a Director at EY, where she spearheaded high-impact transformation initiatives and co-created industry-leading digital solutions for insurers. She also championed industry thought leadership on the future of insurance innovations and transformation.
A Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK) and an alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Supriya is known for her strategic leadership and ability to turn vision into execution.
