Shri. D. Varadarajan, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is a renowned insurance and corporate laws counsel and advisor, based in Delhi. He has more than three decades of experience in corporate matters and affairs. He has served as a Member on the Insurance Advisory Committee constituted by the IRDA and made significant contribution in finalising and legally vetting almost all the Regulations framed by the IRDAI. Being an expert in Insurance and Consumer related matters, he also serves as a representative of customers in the Policyholder Protection Committee of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company, where his prime responsibility is to enable the Company to formulate policies in the best interests of customers and assess their implementation and compliance thereof.
